- All food and beverages must be provied by Pica's Restaurant.
- All food and non-alcoholic beverage prices are subject to an 18% service charge and 6 % sales tax.
- A nominal charge is made for meeting rooms or small groups requesting private dining rooms.
- Guarantee for the number of guests attending is required no later than three days prior to the function.

- Payment in full is due 10 days prior to the date of the function unless prior credit arrangements are made with Management.
- Menu applies for minimum of 30 guests.
- Floral room minimum guarantee is 30 guests, maximum of 60 guests. Crystal room minimum guarantee is 50, maximum 90. Rooms can be combined to form one larger room wih a minimum guarantee of 90 guests.
